The President’s Volunteer Service Award was founded by the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation in 2003. The recognition luncheon and award ceremony will feature acknowledgements by Mayor Grover Robinson and Manna Board President Hank Carlstrom, and a presentation by Manna Executive Director DeDe Flounlacker.
